Comments: There was a problem with my order. It was a reasonable error made by Hartford York. I advised them of the issue on a Saturday. They responded the same day. They handled the issue with total class in a timely manner. It's one thing to rate a company with high marks when things go right, it's another matter if there is an issue and you can rate them just as highly. I do.
