If this is not the most beautiful hat in a decade from Borsalino of Italy, then I should stop writing right now. The Mazzini is expertly crafted from braided abaca (a species of banana native to the Phillipines) with a open weave structure and is the "pluperfecto" summer hat. The two-tone construction is quite appealing and the grosgrain band is tinged with color top and bottom. The hat has a grosgrain sweatband; the brim is 2 1/2 inches wide and the crown stands 4 inches high. Made in Italy.
