The shaped head is hand crafted from German silver (known as "Alpaca") and constrasts sharply with the black ebony shaft. The construction is solid, the handle being anchored by a cast metal ferrule that runs several inches down into the shaft. It's tapered, with a total length of 36" and the shaft is 7/8" thick.
