This classic trooper, complete with earflaps and leather ties, is made of supple nappa leather backed with plush lambs wool. Nappa leather is prepared from sheep skin by a special "tawing" process that softens the leather by "beating" it. And by gosh it's hard to imagine a softer leather than that which Sam uses for this hat. Made in Canada. Available in Black or Brown (shown).
