Is there a nicer winter ball cap in the world than The Baltic with its leather exterior and fleece-lined drop-down earflaps? Or perhaps The Gotland, a very suave European cashmere baseball cap from Wigens? Well, yes, actually, there might well be. First we've got clean lines and styling of The Knut, a ball cap (with earlaps that drop down) made from creamy elk leather. Then there's The Karlsborg, Wigens' best-selling Goretex-lined fleece ball cap in the U.S., also with hidden ear-warming flaps that are perfect in cold, wet weather. Certainly no other cap (baseball or otherwise) compares with The Sven, a suede leather ivy cap in rust or green, or perhaps the rugged lamb skin Gustav. However, when it comes to winter wear, I'm willing to bet the whole enchilada on either The Bjorn, a men's winter hat with blemish-free shearling on the outside and a deep plush sheepskin pile interior, or The Klas, an authentic bombardier hat, made from goat skin leather and long-haired French rabbit fur. Of course, that's not really fair, but it's my game, and since it is, I'd also like to present a foul weather bucket hat for your consideration. Called The Norberg, this is another elk leather creation from our Swedish friends and the interior is not only lined, but also comes with hidden earlaps. Very nice.
