Men's caps for the Spring/Summer 2015 season are in and the selection has never been better! Take a look at the new caps from Kangol, for instance, like The Needles, a 504 ivy cap, in a light and breathable easy-care poly-acrylic blend. It's got a vented knit design and features a stitch detail on the back. There's also one called The Union, an epoch woven ivy cap from Kangol in three perfect-for-Spring colors: Black, Cardinal, or Natural. You'll see the Kangol Premium Headware label stitched to one side, and you might even agree that
this cap is your new favorite for the season. Another is The Spine Stripe and this Kangol 507 ivy is made from a blend of acrylic and soft, eco-friendly bamboo. An impressive take on the sleek 507 silhouette, it's a uniquely woven ivy cap with "spines" and folded leather brand tag.
There's something new this year in men's Spring/Summer caps from Kaminski XY too. First you'll see a flat cap called The Amiri. Available in your choice of Khaki, Marine or Slate, this One Size Fits Most cap features contrast fabric panels and a leather logo tab detail. Finished with an adjustable inner band and lightweight breathable mesh lining, the fit is great and the feel is cool. There's also its counterpart, The Edlin, a ball cap with adjustable leather back strap and tab detail, as well as a mesh lining and cotton sweatband. The same color choices are offered for this OSFM baseball cap as for the flat cap, so you can mix and match styles and colors to your heart's content.
The Diablo Canyon is a Robert Graham newsboy cap in a metallic cotton/poly blend with the signature Robert Graham logo embroidered on the sewn down brim and finished with a great Roaring 20's Art Deco silk lining. Another outstanding newsboy cap for the season is from designer Anthony Peto of Paris, and it's called The Irlandise. A Hartford York exclusive, it's a full cut linen cap with a single snap brim and button top, done in a subtle herringbone pattern. There's an interesting dockman style cap from Bailey too, with its slightly elongated silhouette. Called The Drayer, this cap is made from a linen and cotton blend and has a sewn down brim.
No summer cap collection would be complete without at least one Greek Fisherman cap, and we've got a cool cotton blend cap from Aegean in a variety of colors. Imported from Greece, this authentic men's cap is decorated with an elaborate sutash braid. If you're looking for a yachting cap, you're in luck! The Allenport is a magnificent cap in 100% cotton from JB Stetson. Made in Germany, it features an embroidered golden yarn crest on the front and embroidered trim on bill, and is available in your choice of White or Navy.
Another JB Stetson cap brought back by demand this year is The Silk/Cashmere Bandera. It just doesn't get any better than this cap in a fine herringbone pattern, with a sewn down brim, cotton lining with embroidered logo and Stetson pin. Customers love this ivy cap, writing reviews that read:
It really is very hard to resist a JB Stetson cap, especially if it's a 100% linen cap, lined in cotton with a sewn down brim. And if it's a longshoreman style cap called The Belfast. And if it's a Hartford York exclusive. Available in Black, Denim or Natural, it's got a stylish silhouette, so expect compliments. Another cap from JB Stetson is The Bandera Linen Ivy Cap. Clean, light and fresh, with a sewn down brim, it too has a cotton lining, embroidered with the words "Stetson, An American Spirt, 100% linen". One customer who reviewed this cap wrote: "I wear these all the time since sun protection for my bald head is a priority in Florida. The hats are great, fit well, are stylish, and fit on my tall body even while in the car."
- I've bought several hats from Hartford York, and have always been satisfied--but this hat is the nicest! So soft, so light, it's perfect for fall, spring or summer. I'm thinking about buying another one in a different color.
- Very fine material with excellent stitch work.
- As usual...the product was of great quality. Couldn't be happier with my hat.
- No surprises here -- the brown Stetson Bandera ivy cap that I just picked is just as beautifully made as the grey one I already had.
