Kangol baseball caps, cotton berets, sun visors, summertime ivy caps and wonderful sun hats all coming at you with that famous Kangol color (scarlet Monty Beret, anyone?) and material selection (including bamboo, I kid you not). Delight in the season with The 504 Ventair Ivy, the unisex polyknit cap that started it all, or get your argyle fix with that magnificent statement-maker, Kangol's Argyle Ivy. If you fancy a newsboy, Kangol offers The Tropic Galaxy Newsboy Cap in, well, a galaxy of colors: sahara, black, white, navy or scarlet. Like chips, you can't stop at one!

The popular Spring Trilby is back again this season, and I fully expect the same high demand. This hat is truly a useful classic (rather like myself, I might add). Another faithful rendition of a traditional silhouette is The Herringbone Newsboy, sublime in black and outstanding in olive, but you'll note that the The Carrimac Fashion Ivy (in melton wool) has a lot more body than you might expect. Different takes on walking hats include The Gaffer, very nice in olive herringbone; a tweed jacquard Rex; and Kangol's Player, a fedora shape hat that can be worn brim up or down.
Just for women, The Sweetcorn Cloche is a light 'n lovely spring chapeau that, like The Bamboo Apple Cap, begs to be worn (and profusely admired) on sunny days. For outdoor tennis games and golfing, Kangol's Sweetcorn Sun Visor provides pretty shade, with generous brim and delicate ribbon at back. The brim may be stingy on the cross stitch Deeto cap, but the look is subtle and eye-catching, rather like the textured cotton and ribbon weave of the Cosy Crochet Cap, or the Fugora Beret, delicious in raspberry. The fur-like synthetic material is comfortable, elegant and very feminine; in fact, some of you may know it already from the lovely Natalie Fugora Cap.
Hats off to Kangol! (figuratively speaking only, of course. . .)
