Winter hats for men and women from Aston Caps are American-made leather shearling toppers that keep cold heads haute (and warm). The Sleigh Ride chapeau is just for the ladies (no blubbering, men) and is in the Russian-style, available in two versions: with or without tasseled pom-poms. Gentlemen, you'll be good to go in The Cognac, an Aston shearling trooper hat (which some of you might know as a bomber or mountaineer cap). It shields your eyes from snow glare with its protective rigid brim, and can be worn with ear flaps up or down, depending on how attached you really are to your ears.

You'll see that we've also got two Bombardier Caps this season. The first is The Old Style, a classic tan leather cap with leather strap and lined in sheepskin. The sleek design lines crafted in smooth leather easily bring this traditional winter cap into 21st century fashion. The Antique Bombardier, on the other hand, is decidedly retro, mainly through the use of antiqued, dark mahogany leather but especially when paired with replica WWII pilot goggles.
NOTE: for those of you who wish to wear their Aston winter cap, such as the shearling-lined trooper, with drop-down earflaps that come all the way around, inside the comfort of your castle, hearth and home, I would recommend lowering the thermostat. If anyone complains, talk about environmental issues and energy bills, then sit back and look good.
